I wish I could find a Youtube video of the closing sequence on one day of the 2015 TDF when ITV showed a tightly-edited sequence of shots of riders absolutely hooning down an Alp and played Go by Chemical Brothers. It was fantastic; the best combination of music and spectacle I've ever seen.

I'll admit to queuing up the old TdF music on YouTube and muting the TV a few times at the start of last year's coverage, so that you got an intro sequence with the old music and the up-to-date visuals at the same time (it works quite well actually!)

No shades either and the jerseys and bikes looked much nicer too. Racing has lost much of it's visual appeal in recent years, head coverings make the riders look like a bunch of anonymous American footballers.
