Just got a turbo trainer and have read or the arguments for and against using different tyres.
My first ride today and I could feel that the tyre was warm and had a distinct strip down the middle, so if anyone has an old wheel and tyre lying about, I'd be most grateful. Cheaper the better!
I'm on 700x25c tyres at the moment with a 10 speed cassette, so I guess I'd also need an old 10 speed cassette for the wheel.
Can collect from certain areas as I'm a driver. I cover about a 90 miles radius of Gloucester.
