Olympe (?) frame

I picked up this frame off Ebay (15 quid) last night. The head tube badge is missing. Googling has not brought up any results. The writing in the seat tube sticker, shows the Olympic rings, with the word "Olympe". Does anyone have any ideas? (poor pic, sorry).
Also how can I tell if this was originally 27'' or 700c wheels?

Any chance of a bigger picture and one of the writing? Falcon made an 'Olympic' model and used big old blocks of colour on the seat tube.

It won't tell you for sure, but measuring from a bare axle put in the dropouts to the brake bridges and seat tube might give a clue what's more likely and what the options are.

My missus has got a vintage French mixte that was manufactured by a company called 'Olympique'. Quite a large manufacturer with a lot of history.

I don't know what it is, though I'm fairly safe saying that's not the style CB used.

They look like after market decals put on wrong.
Why would you have an Olympic torch bearer standing on his head?
Just looks wrong to me.

The torch holder is the correct way up on the other half, you can just about see in the pic, but I agree they do look wrong.

That would suggest that maybe the decal was originally meant to go on horizontally.
