Well I'm not the most sylph-like creature on the planet - mind you, the current addiction to fudge at the rate of one bag every two days doesn't help mattersI will but then I live a mile away.
I will have a look to see when the latest day for entry is. I have the cycletta the week before and if I feel, at the end, that I could have gone further I will give the 100 some serious consideration.
I am still too fat and have had a couple of bad weeks, riding wise, and feeling every mile at the mo. But 4 weeks is a goodly time to get my fitness back, I haven't lost that much, its more in my head than in my legs.
