Where is the lump?
I had it one on my neck almost 15 years ago and then it was diagnosed as bad news.

I have a set of SPD's, Im just having issue finding shoes to fit me (size 11-12.5) that dont cost more than the bike

Thanks for the concern man, I wasnt wanting to go, just in case, stoopid eh ? Anyway its an infected abssess caused by glandular fever, Im on anto biotics now so jobs a good un, Tho im still struggling to put real effort in but its getting better each day.

I've got a pair of Specialized shoes in a 12, my prob is getting something wide enough for my foot, they're a bit long but they're ok when done up tight. They're something like these.
