Fancied this so sett to work

right down to business, lots to organize and timing is Everything on this dish..

first things first..boil approximately 3/4 l of filtered water.

add boiled water to mug with fresh tea bag.

add remaining water to small pan and return that to the boil.

then take 2 Fresh free range large eggs.

pierce these with a pin or use your egg piercing device.

place eggs in boiling water for 4 minutes..I like emm a bit snotty but must be cooked.

place 3 slices of seed sensations bread in the toaster and cook to you liking..add butter.

squish tea bag thoroughly and add a splash of milk.

place eggs in cups remove tops add ground black pepper and a pinch of salt and serve ...

Soldiers?

Why pierce with a pin and did you use room temperature eggs?
I soft boil from the fridge and it takes six and a half minutes for a creamy center, five and a half gives very nosey eggs, four would be raw!

How did you heat this, what did you call it..... pan?

Aah, interesting! I've never cooked them at room temperature, that's good to know.
I cook them in a half inch of water to avoid cracking, also means I don't have to adjust the cooking time for multiple eggs

Just annoy your partner and hold it in the dragon breath. Asbestos gloves are advised.
And I always wonder what happens to the dirty plates afterwards? I think they must bio-degrade because they are always gone when I come back for another meal.

EDIT: To paraphrase somebody off the forum whose name I can't quite remember, "I must ask the butler about this phenomenon".
