Check this site out. One guy on a uni-cycle doing 1000 miles around Ireland for charity carrying all his camping gear et al on his back. His aim is to do it in 21 days! The question is will he do it?

I'm intrigued about it as i've down a drive around the northern coastal road and there's a couple up near Cushendall in the northeast that are extremely hair raising in a car, going from the beach to cliff tops and back down again on a single lane road, really scary stuff and i'd never do it on a two wheeled bike let alone one!
