Early start with a puppy walk, just ordered a torch as it seems to be dark out.

WFW today, plan out yard for shipping container arrival.

Not on my midweek watch. Change it to Wodensday if you're obsessed with the rebrand.

Had plans to go up a hill, but the met office asked: you sure?
Had plans to walk along the coast but DD1 asked: can I have a lift to school..... sometime this morning? (she's had a rough few days so I'm loathed to say no)

Sunny over the Pentlands, so I'm guessing we'll end up there.

Which torch? Just bought one of the fenix range and awesome brightness along with amazing battery life (less than half used on the last overnight run on medium brightness mostly)

Should we go back to calling it Wodens day, it is named after a god as is Thursday (Thor) and Friday (Freya) as well as Saturday (Saturn) and Tuesday (Tiw)

A Nebo Slyde 2000lmn off screwfix, only £34 as it’s just for walking the dog etc. nothing glamorous.

I use one of those bar mounted lights for night time MTB rides - handy for spotting black dogs in a dark garden.

Morning All,

Good night out in town with cousin, a decent amount of steak and red wine was consumed. Luckily WFH today so didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn (Fnarr) again. Gardener/handyman is round for his regular day so he can clear the metric ****ton of leaves that have dropped on the drive and front garden on top of his usual list of stuff.

Onwards to tax mitigation...
