Wonderful, all the stress and hassle gone in the simple press of a few buttons..............
  • Order presents.
  • 2 Days later return home to find card from couriers telling me that they will deliver "tomorrow".
  • Wait in all day for courier no show.
  • Courier told retailer he'd tried to deliver but got a no answer.
  • Courier refuses to take my phone calls.
  • Courier falsely claims that the good were left in the "porch". (I don't have one)
  • Stressed out and underpaid courier goes into meltdown.
  • Goods arrive back at retailer?
  • Retailer refunds my payment.
  • Go shopping in Leeds.
 
I've just done all my Christmas shopping online today

Last year I ordered Photo Mugs on-line at beginning of November for office presents, uploaded photos, paid money.... 2 weeks later nothing... rang up, told it was next in queue. 1 week later told they hadn't processed it yet. One week later told they had misplaced order, could I re-send photos. Rang first week in December... told they couldn't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Told them to cancel and refund money.... End of January got refund... never again.

going a bit to far for me, but for those of you who do!
