The reviews which annoy me on Amazon (and they crop up surprisingly often) are the ones that give something 1 or 2 stars and read along the lines of 'no complaints about the product but took far too long to arrive' - which isn't really a product review. Although, I suppose there isn't anywhere else to report the appalling service from HDNL.
