Only Connect - The Connecting Wall

Not a big fan of TV quiz shows because I end up headbutting anything in sight at the stupidity of the people on them but Only Connect on BBC4 is always a good challenge.

I got bored so made a Connecting Wall...

Rules:

You need to make 4 groups of 4 and give a reason why they're connected.

You're allowed one crack at it then must wait for someone else to have a go before you can post another attempt
