Also, top tip: on strava you can add components to a bicycle. This keeps track of their life when you use that bike and you can see when they will need replacing!

A cursory look suggested:

- Buckled front wheel
- Torn saddle
- Torn bar grip
- Possible bent crank

Will give it a proper look when I get it home. Won't be riding it anyway this week as my ribs are killing me.

That sucks, could get expensive.

nearly had the same thing happen to me last week. Came round a corner too quick (probably around 20mph) and my rear wheel jumped/skidded. Managed to save it somehow.
