Daphne, one of the "white cross" species that more often live outside, is living in a corner of my kitchen window. She must like it there as she has grown very large for her species, as I was cooking tea tonight she was sucking on a wasp.

I clean windows for a living,spiders(many more than usual about this summer) drop down my shirt and,in my hair but i wont harm them,or disturb their webs if possible. I use a mild cleaner in my water and if i see one struggling to cope with it i'll dip it in the clear water i carry just in case. It slows me down and i might lose a few quid in the day but i can sleep easily at night!
