I'm not that familiar with flickr so I clicked around and somehow ended up looking at photos of people time trialling. Would it be a good idea to create a totally separate account for your work stuff? Then maybe different albums for different types of projects, so say if I wanted to commission you for a staircase, I could just look in the staircases album or whatever.
Hmmmmm i thought it was separate . Thats annoying !

It's a separate "album" but by clicking your user name I could see your other stuff. Is there a way of restricting or defining access without having to create a whole new account?

Stunning. Quite stunning.

And I love the stark simplicity. Let the work of your hands speak for itself. No verbiage in the way (nobody reads/believes it anyway).

Just one quibble? Be harsh with yourself about the photos you choose?

- One is out of focus, or there's a bit of camera shake; leave it out.
- There's a couple would benefit from just a wee bit of cropping - eg the first one, to get rid of the wonky-wavy ceiling line .
- and there's a few where the angles are a distraction? They are so nearly straight on, that the slightest lens distortion, or deviation from the straight-up-and-down ... just "looks odd". #2 is leaning drunkenly - compare with #3 which works, where the angles are a composition? Or the collection of window frames ? Or the last photo?

Yeah, yeah, yeah - counsel of perfection. But that's not to say get a professional photographer - just be really rigorous with yourself selecting/editing the photos you want to use? Apologies if that sounds like nit-picking ().

Regarding the photos , these where just some that stuck out as work photos while flicking through the thousands of albums i have on a hard drive . Some of them are that old they are scanned from film

I was just about to suggest to try a Facebook page. Lol. I often check out some of our local tradesmen on our local page.

Lovely work.

A website doesn't have to cost a lot, and IMO the quality of your work deserves a quality site. All it would really need is a gallery, brief explanation of what you do and contact details.
