Michelin Krylion Carbons for me! might be a little bit more expensive than gatorskins though...
I've never punctured mine done about 1200 miles commuting in london, they are light and roll really well in my opinon.
But I guess what ever tyre you have something sharp will puncture it eventually, its just your luck really!
