...Is a wheelbarrow and a mtn bike. They were strewn on the pavement at 8 this morning but someone has lined them up neatly now but as yet no one has claimed them. It could be a bit like Toy Story, where they can't move until no one is watching them. It's exciting, nothing happens around here beyond someone taking the wrong bin in. This is intrigue. I'm trying to guess which neighbour will sort it out or who will stagger home from the pub, stick his mate in the wheelbarrow and head for the park. Crumbs, it might even be my son, who knows.

It's usually items of clothing that I see lying about. If they don't move after a few days I usually acquire them to clean up and send to the charity shop. Best recent find was an expensive man's cashmere jumper.

If the bike & wheelbarrow are still there in the morning I think you should 'tidy' them into your garden @Crackle

I prefer to track their movements. If that wheelbarrow is not on the bowling green in the morning, I'll be very disappointed. And that bike is so bad it probably belongs to @smokeysmoo but he doesn't want to admit it.
