It says that he would have gone through if he hadn't been disqualified for speeding. But surely if he hadn't been speeding, he wouldn't have made the top three.

That section of that course is at most an 8 second loss for slowing down.

Disqualification was a bit harsh tho, a time penalty would suffice unless his speeding was to a reckless degree. Its pedantry such as this that makes me want to set cop cars on fire or somethin. drives me bonkers.
