True and I'm the one that has to deal with it however most of the optimisation is well over.
Mostly due to when we merged there we two masts covering the same area and it was never needed which is why they were removed. Some places had 200% more cell coverage power than needed
Unfortunately the closure of whichever mast it was in my area now means I get patchy coverage rather than reasonably solid coverage. It's better in the winter as the mast is behind a small wood and when there are n o leaves I get better coverage.

What is even more interesting is that EE are moving their call centres to the UK! They have been accused of having the worst customer service of any provider. At least their customers won't have to put up with incomprehensible accents any more.

I like Skol

A Minging Manc...
I have been a loyal Orange customer for at least 15yrs  after swapping from Vodafone but recent diabolical customer service (or should that be disservice?) has got me itching to leave. When my next upgrade falls due I will be shopping around the networks as it was the winning package of keen pricing and good service that had kept me on Orange until now......

The only downside is that EE is closing down some cell sites where they have both TMob and Orange sites in closish proximity which is causing loss of, or reduced signal in some locations. Trust me I know

They did that here so I rang them up and they gave me a free signal booster box that plugs into your Broadband router and gives you a full 3G signal round the house.

If you ring them up and tell them that your signal has got worse since they closed down the cell near you they should give you a signal booster for free.

I have no idea. Its not a auto generated text but we can manually send them out. Looks like someone has rested their arm on the keyboard and pressed enter.
The @ etc are invalided characters which have been changed. Normally : etc.
Is that your mobile phone number which is in the text?

The number in the text is the Orange service number. There is also a reply requested, but I have no way of knowing what I'd be replying to.
