If youre on orange you'll have had the lovely news that from January they are planning to increase all tarrif charges by 4.34%.
It would appear that Ofcom do not agree with Oranges interpretation of their rules that allow them to increase contact amounts in such a way.
Ive been advised to log a complaint with Ofcom as soon as possible. It's only when they have enough will they investigate.
