Orebea Katu e50 - Ebikemotion spares?

Bristol based daughter #2 has an Orbea Katu e50 (loves it!) and commutes 8 miles or so on it most days. She's recently had trouble with the front brake (Shimano disc) which has led to issues with the front drop outs and wheel removal problems. I've had a look at it and the mechanical side is now sorted with a bit of fettling and the bike is useable. However, I foresee problems on the horizon with the handlebar mounted control device. It's fragile and the 'button' bit is loose and I cant see an easy way of fixing it properly, replacement necessary, imo.

Bike is great and worth keeping on the road. Bafang front hub motor, Ebikemotion iWoc controller. Any suggestions on a source for a spare. My experience with Orbea dealers has not filled me with much confidence that they'll be much help. Any suggestions on how to source the part?

Contact the eBikemotion service center directly. They are the technical partner for Orbea and should be able to supply the iWoc controller.
Your best bet is their UK service agent, which is often Fisher Outdoor. A good, independent e-bike specialist shop might also be able to order the part for you if they have an account with them.
