Now at 21. Can’t yet figure out the bee, the sheep, the Eiffel Tower, the skyscrapers, the dude with the Welsh flag, the flying face, the artist, or the guy with wings.

I think it IS Bob - but that's a red herring; that one is the most simple/dull/plain answer of the lot, you'll kick yourself!
I've given in and looked at Wiki's list - and I still haven't got a couple (that woman's head???)
And is the pile of grey stuff - bottom right - an actual film?

I didn’t get past 22. I’m a bit peeved that a few of the clues are doublers for other movies, I wasn’t expecting
that.

Yeah I missed the "doubles", a 2nd clue obscured by another, annoying tactic:
Green Book, Ben Hur, Forrest Gump, Godfather
and the rose = American Beauty, I see the link, but that's a bit vague/cryptic!
There were several I wouldn't have got without looking up the Winner's list first.
My overall award still goes to "Kramer vs Kramer"
