Ostrich

Ostrich is lovely. Meat is dark and very lean, and if cooking in one piece, ideally wants to be larded.

Kangaroo is equally lovely.

Aligator is an acquired taste. It's a bit like fishy chicken, but I rather liked it.

Zebra. No. Tough as old boots and the flavour wasn't worth the chewing effort. You're far better off looking for a good horse steak.

My local butcher occasionally has squirrel in.

Had ostrich in New Zealand some years ago. One of those places where you cook it yourself on a hot stone. It was lovely.

Had a crocodile kebab last year in South Africa

We tried an ostrich instead of turkey for Christmas once. It was a disaster. The amount required to stuff it nearly bankrupted us. It wouldn't fit in the oven so we had to cook it outside over an open fire. Father-in-law died of food poisoning not long afterwards and all the children were sick.

2 questions.
A. How do you decide who gets a leg ?
B. How do you fit it on the plate ?
