OT - Downloading MP3 files to MySpace

I've been put in charge of the Rhythm Thieves' MySpace site (www.myspace.com/therhythmthieves) for my sins. I'm trying to download MP3 files so people can play some of our songs. I've bought some software which converts them from AAC files, but MySpace is saying that the file size is too big (about 25Mb). How do I compress them? They seem to be taking ages to download, too - is that normal? Advice from anyone who knows about this stuff much appreciated.

http://boomp3.com/ you could use a free hosting site like the one in the link, you wouldnt lose any audio quality by having to compress the files, you then just post the embedded link on your myspace page

I'm not sure how you're ending up with 25Mb mp3s, but look at the bit-rate and try setting it to 192k.
