Well it was about time I had an off. Not the most dramatic of injuries but had to share it with the world. To be fair the picture quality is worse than the injury

Indeed, but I feel I owe it to the world to document even the slightest of cycling mishaps , not to mention the unseen pain caused when I fell onto my top tube.
