Silly moment last night, fell going upstairs, got to the top without the light on and carried on going up when the stairs had finished, great comedy moment but have a stonking great bruise and lump on my wrist for my troubles

Once bounced down the stairs on my back with my infant son in my arms making sure he was safe when my foot slipped coming down the stairs , i was fecking sore for a while .
