I've finally been told that I can be discharged. I need to leave my splint on as I feel like it, but basically it's healed OK.
I've been going crazy with no bike rides for 6 weeks. I do need to be careful though, as that wrist will be weaker for a while. I might go for a gentle ride tomorrow, weather permitting.
