Dated BBE October 2013. I've stupidly volunteered for the office bake off comp and have to do biscuits...now I'm no baker (or cook really) and have found flour I bought for the last time I stupidly volunteered! Never got opened for whatever reason, safe to use? Thoughts? (There was a similar thread recently-ish but couldn't find it)

I'm a contractor so killing off colleague and management probably wouldn't bode well for my continuing employment :wacko:
I remember discovering flour weevils, for the first time, in a bag of plain flour, last year. Bin it!! xx(

It's probably still fine, but if you're baking for other people, then best not to.

You can use the old stuff to make paste glue for papier mache.
