Just looked - you are quite right.....ok ....but I can still whine that my loan doesn't cover accomodation!

Do you mean the non means tested loan? It's been like that for ages though montage as the non means tested loan is about 2k lower than the means tested one isn't it? I meant the means tested one doesn't cover some peoples accommodation. The fact they're getting a means tested loan means the only thing they can do to get extra cash is either borrow from banks/credit cards or work, they cannot get the money from their parents or at least the idea is that they shouldn't have to. That said, I still don't think you should have to do that either.
