Shouldn't be too difficult. Buy one those meat rolls from a kebab catering supplier, hang it up in the kitchen, get a blow torch out and cut off the cooked slivers of meat with a sharp knife. For total authenticity as you are carving go to the toilet a few times without washing your hands and drink at least six pints of lager before consuming it.
