We've got a problem with outgoing email at the moment - it's, erm, not going out ... 
I've put in a support request so it should be fixed fairly soon, but if you're awaiting emails for registration or PM notifications you'll just have to be patient until it is resolved. Sorry.
The emails are all there in the queue - ready to go out - so once it is fixed they should arrive as normal.
