Is it me or do Coaches espeically whizz past you then move back in too soon causing a backdraft ??

Every morning I am overtkane by a few coaches on the way to the school run who really go too fast and don't care which part of the road they overtake you on.
Bus's are fine as they are pretty patient and stick to 25mph around town but the coaches are going a lot faster.

On Monday one decided to overtake on a bend about with an island about 150 yards away causing me to slam on my brakes or get sucked into the last 3/4 of the coach.

Is an E Mail to the comapny worth it ?

It's only in the morning - At night when they go back again they are in a less of a hurry.

No Private company.

What I mean is I generally get dodgy driving down the Mile End Road from Nat Exp coaches.

Had one recently,he went over the Bow Flyover while I was on it and he was doing at least 50mph.Caught him up at Bank in traffic jam and was a bit shocked how young he was.He was in his twenties.Boy racer. That's if it was the same one.I have a funny feeling it was the same one.

I have the same problem with a company here as well called Chalkwell. Never give enough room and overtake to fast also the other night in my car it was dark raining and I was doing about 40 in a 50 as its not a long stretch for 50 and then drops to 30 but this driver was sitting right up my ass. His driving was so dangerous I decided to complain and the company pretty much didn't want to know about it.

Hence the need for embarassment via YouTube and videos, IMO. Still, always complain, if you don't, there's no chance of improvement. I also often find coaches to be driven badly, though not all.

Hi There,

I'd like to pass comment on one of your drivers I encountered this weekend, westbound along the A202 in London between Camberwell and Vauxhall Cross, and I hope you will be able to identify the driver and pass this email onto him. He was driving a blue coach from your company with registration number
WA08 GRX, on Saturday morning 1st August at approximately 09:30.

His driving was absolutely excellent, at one point when I first encountered him he held back to allow me out of the bus lane and past some parked cars (I was cycling). Best of all he had planned ahead, anticipated my needs and acted even before I signalled, which is unusual enough I thought it would be worth mentioning to ensure he got some recognition. The rest of his driving was to just as high a standard, and I was repeatedly impressed with his skills whilst he interacted with other motor vehicles and flowed smoothly through the traffic with patience and good manners.

I'm sure the driver will remember me, as I was riding a low black recumbent bicycle, and was riding at the same average speed as the rest of the traffic. It's a pity my onboard video camera didn't capture his excellent driving, else I could have sent you a copy to see for yourselves.
