Heard a warning on the car radio yesterday of a cyclist west bound on the M4 . Hard to see how you could do that without realising?

Speaking about Scotland, there was a cyclist on the main deck of the FRB a few years back, I think it was the first cyclist in 50 years. PS it wasn't me
