Has anyone bought a bike from them?
I want a new bike and I want a 26" wheel. They supply a range of bikes using this size and I'm sorely tempted.
Surly and Thorn also offer bikes with these size wheel but at a much higher price.

I think they look very pretty - but probably just good photography

Have the impression they are nice bikes but somewhat overpriced.
I considered one once.
Thorn as you are aware are pricey.
Surly used to be seen as no nonsense practical beasts of burden.
But someone clearly saw that this was something that could be marketed/spun and so prices rather shot up.

I'd check out Spa.

Kirton, Devon.
My son did work experience there when at College, and he had a frame powder-coated for me. Other than that, no other interest.

They are good, really well thought-out products aimed at a particular market (rather than trying to be all things to all men) and well put together. Richard is a lovely bloke and is very happy to make customisations to any given design and work to make your set-up just right.
Give him a call or visit if close enough.

Thanks for the feed back.
I've been in touch with Richard and he seems a really genuine bloke and happy to supply what I'm looking for and within my budget.
I didn't know the frames were made in the UK. That's certainly a plus point for me.
I'm planning to visit the UK in Oct (C19 permitting) and take a look.
