If the Readers Comments are typical, there's not a lot ofon the roads in Oxford.
It's a local rag, so IMO anyone who takes the time to write into it with their comments is probably not somebody wityh enough judgement to want to listen too.
On the contrary, I'd reckon Oxford's as good as it gets cycle-wise.
