Piss easy.
Me and my brother did that miners route in about 1:40 up and 1:30 down. And for abit on the way down we had to help my brother down, and on the way up went slow with my mum for abit.
If you dont do that in 3 hours your rubbish.

Baring in mind we will have run up Ben nevis - scotland and Scar-fell-pike - peak district (Spelling) in the same day.
