What do you think of those Oybikes?

They seem to have an interesting shaft drive arrangement. I saw some outside Reading Central railway station and was tempted to give one a go. I suppose whether they're worthwhile hiring depends on where else you can lock them up, as it's free for half an hour, but £8 to hire all day. You wouldn't really need one for half an hour.
