For to London tomorrow to ride London to Paris on weds. My first proper big ride and I am so looking forward to it. Raising money for BRAKE the road safety charity. Will let you know how it goes, wish me luck.

Dont let iit all end when you get to Paris..as a wind down recommmed the easy peasy Fat tire Bike tours guided rides of Paris...Paris by day Paris by night, Monets gardens, and Versailles are 4 of their trips..Fun and friendly with 50 + on them ususally.They meet under the Eiffel tower daily and have theiri own website..

Got back last nite. Had a fantastic time, met loads of great people on ride. Amazing how cycle friendly the French drivers are. Would recommend the ride and company global adventure to anyone who wants to do it.

We were very lucky with weather, cold in morning but then warmed up nicely by lunchtime and importantly no rain.
