I've been planning a ride which passes this landmark, as it's a place I have a small historical connection with. I'd assumed I'd need to ride past on the public roads, but RideWithGPS allows me to plot a route right through the park, like this:
Despite what RideWithGPS is implying, the park is clearly private. There are no rights of way marked on Ordnance Survey, and I can't find anything on the Internet to suggest whether access is allowed all the time or not. Is there someone who knows the area better than I do who can advise?
