A bit of an odd one this (possibly). When I've been cycling for more than about an hour I get a pain in the muscles in the top half of my arms. It seems to be down the side rather than actually on the bicep or tricep. Changing heand positions doesn;t seem to work great, it just stays until I stop cycling.

Anyone else get anything like this? Any ideas what I should do? Is it time to hit the weights and try and lose the cyclists skinny arms?

It's possibly the attachment of the Lateral Deltoid ( side of shoulder muscle ).

Find two empty 2 litre plastic milk canisters - the ones with handles. Fill them with 1 litre water and do some Side Lateral Raises at any spare moment.

When you can do three sets of twenty, fill them up to 2 litres and keep doing the exercises.
