is anyone out there doing palace to palce bike ride, check out web site,

could do with few tips,
(and sponsors if you feel generous
) on how should train for 45 mile ride as i've only done 20 miles before, and is there a wall on a bike as there is in marathon,
any tips would be most welcome,
