At 65g they deliver a genuine half-way house between regular butyl and latex in terms of performance and staying inflated. By slightly over inflating I can go a week between getting the track pump out again - and that is being a bit fussy with the pressures.
Also, punctures can be repaired in the normal way - you just have to take a bit more care.
