Thanks for the replies folks i have went for the Basil one costs slightly more than the altura it looks a bit similer to the Ortlieb back roller and the attachment system includes lock, locking button and adjustable hooks so it should be fine if not i will just send it back.

I pop up a review once i have used it for a while.
