Not cycling related, but I'm sure a few folk still use paper maps for navigation so thought I'd ask here.

I'm looking for a large poster size street map of Sheffield. The sort of thing we can stick on the wall to plan potential house moves, locations of schools and nurseries etc. Like what they do on Kirstie & Phil . The AZ premier I think would be ideal but it's out of print and I don't fancy paying £25 (!) for it. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/0850398819?ref=olp_product_details

There's also this one http://www.cosmographics.co.uk/UK-Street-Maps/Sheffield-Street-Map.Html but again, £15 seems a bit steep. Does anyone have any other options?

Ta:okay:

Go round Sheffield with a Polaroid camera and make your very own one to one life-size map.
You can order a bespoke map off of the A-Z website.
For £100 by the look of it. I like the wallpaper though.

I already have a 1:1 scale map of the area. I keep it just outside my front door.

Wow, that's dear.

Can you print out google maps? Could that work - tape a few sheets together?

Edited to add: yes you can xx
Functional, but might be a bit tatty.

See if the local council have one, perhaps a cycling & walking routes one.

Edit - as per above!
