I have invested in some parabolic rollers and had my first go on them today! I must say it wasn't much fun trying not to fall off and when i got in to it and actually managed to put both hands on the handle bars it was great! After about half hour of riding i plucked up the courage to start changing gears and move about on the bike! But still havent found the courage to stand!
Does anyone else have experience with parabolic rollers? And if so any suggestions for good training sessions to get the most out of it!?
