Saw it on Eurosport, had to turn off ITV after about 2 minutes racing, cos the Phil and Paul show was so irritating,

Over keen to see, camera fiends, standing with their back to the race when the front has gone by, booze, do I need to go on. I've been on the wrong end of this and it hurts, plus at a crucial time you can lose any chance of being in the final either to help a team leader or even have a go yourself.

Wasn't it the 'Badger' who took a swing at a spectator once? I have been noticing spectators getting ever closer this year, are riders encouraged by this or as pixxed off as I would be and M. Hinault was?
