Does anyone any idea if Park Patches have a 'shelf life' regarding their adhesive qualities - ? Just noticed that some boxes of same that I bought in july, 2018 remain unused. As luck would have it I can fix nearly any punctures we get at home in the warmth of the kitchen and habitually ( it's an age thing y'know - ! ), I still tend to use black patches and rubber solution. Thus the lack of use of the Park Patches.
Your thoughts - ?

I used an old ‘scab’ patch last year on a flat on my old mtb. I hadn’t used anything from the under saddle bag since I moved to Scotland. The patches would be at least 15 years old, so I expect your park tool patches will be just fine.

IDK but I can confirm they are useless for fixing punctures in inflatable hot tubs. Rate them for bike tyres though!

Shelf life will depend on the formulation of the adhesive & the storage conditions, but all self-adhesive goes off eventually.
