I bought one a few weeks back. Not used it a great deal, but when I have needed to, it certainly did the job.
I don't know if you have seen one in the flesh yet, but the one thing that surprised me was how robust and heavy they are. The pictures you see of them give the wrong impression.
I already had another stand that I bought for about £40 off
Ebay. It is the type where the bottom bracket sits in a cradle and you lightly clamp over the down tube. I replaced it as I found it difficult to turn the pedals without them continually catching and also I couldn't get the wheels out while it was in the stand. No such problems with the PCS-10.
