Park PCS 10 Workstand

I have just purchased a Park PCS 10 workstand it has not arrived yet but am anxious that I have done know research prior to the purchase of it. Does anyone have one or has anyone used this stand if so will I be pleased or disappointed.

I think you will be pleased with it .

I bought one a few weeks back. Not used it a great deal, but when I have needed to, it certainly did the job.
I don't know if you have seen one in the flesh yet, but the one thing that surprised me was how robust and heavy they are. The pictures you see of them give the wrong impression.

I already had another stand that I bought for about £40 off Ebay. It is the type where the bottom bracket sits in a cradle and you lightly clamp over the down tube. I replaced it as I found it difficult to turn the pedals without them continually catching and also I couldn't get the wheels out while it was in the stand. No such problems with the PCS-10.

You have made a good choice - don't worry

Thanks Gary, Its sounds as though I might be ok, Park Tools are generally good and I was getting sick of bending down so took decided to buy a workstand.

Park is pretty much the benchmark that everything else is measured by.

No complaints. I ordered a PCS9 from Evans with vouchers I was given, after two weeks of warehouse cockups the local manager had had enough and upgraded the order to a PCS10 at no extra cost :-)
