I sent a Campag wheel back to Parker I on Monday. I suspected that the front bearings were 'faulty'. They would have got it by Tuesday and today there is a wheel, neatly packed and renewed bearings waiting for me on my return home.
So, for dealing with issues...10/10 in this case!

I have always found them ok and a decent supplier. Let's hope the wheel is 'up to scratch' - otherwise I'll be posting again...

You'll be wheely cross if you've spoke too soon and they didn't get to the hub of the matter!

I've only used them once to buy a couple of locks and certainly have no complaints. They were by far the cheapest for the fahgettaboudit chain and mini u-lock and delivery was quick.

I ordered a mini krptonite lock from Parkers a few weeks ago, and can't fault them. Good price, free delivery and came promptly. To be fair to Parkers a lot of things on the website do say contact them for sizing / stock information... which gives you a clue that its likely to be out of stock except for an odd size. And they evidently do not carry the stock or have the technology that wiggle or CRC use to keep stock information on their website.

I also had the NY Forget-it Mini, took about 4 weeks to come, but they were out of stock. They did notify me about 3 times checking I was still ok to wait. Can't fault them, and have been using them for many years, even before 'web orders'.....
