Don't you just hate it when (for a change) there's a good cycle lane and someone has parked a car or lorry there?

I was riding alongside the Clyde on Monday (where the Carrick used to be) and discovered a lorry blocking the cycle path. This section is normally not open to traffic so I gave the driver one of my fiercest glares. Further along I spotted dozens of people and more cars/vans/lorries strewn across the path. Looked like a TV crew was in town.

"Its a bloody cycle lane and I'm cycling along it" I thought to myself. Clearly its hard to glower at so many people, but I stuck to my route and cycled right through their 'shoot'.

Imagine my annoyance when I saw this on the BBC webpage

Is that a pissed-off looking cyclist in the background....?

In this case I guess you're right, but there are roads where it's OK to park in a cycle lane after a certain time....

Depends if there's a single yellow line and so on....
