hi I have an 80s red and yellow Raleigh child’s trike and need the white plastic part that holds the pedal/wheel to the forks with a pop rivet could any one help with where I might get these thanks.

No idea at all , might be something you end up having to get made

Or keep an eye out at car boots and see if anything similar bike wise turns up

That's a real long shot. Also check at your local dump for similar trikes.
